Nestled in Lapland, beneath the northern lights, lies a beautiful and cozy outdoor sauna area designed for a small vacation home. The garden was carefully planned and built to honor the river views. While the smoke sauna’s surroundings remain peaceful and understated, the main sauna and lounge area offer exactly what can be called everyday luxury.
From the outdoor hot tub, one can admire the river view, the outdoor fireplace, or the spacious seating areas, which can accommodate large gatherings of friends and family. The kota’s ceiling was designed with a glass roof, allowing guests to gaze at the northern lights even from behind. The raised planting beds were built using slate stone or wood, combining perennial plants with annuals to add seasonal variety. The lighting plan includes illuminated planter pots, where LED frames highlight the greenery. The terraces are made of Kebony Radiata wood, ensuring durability and a timeless, elegant look.
